This Acceptable Use Policy governs the content and conduct permitted on Dostination. It supplements the Terms and Conditions and applies to every profile field, testimonial, event description, RSVP answer, message, uploaded file, and any other user-facing content on our platform or at our events. Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement.
1. Sexually explicit profile content
Users must not upload, share, or link to sexually explicit imagery, text, or media in profile fields, testimonials, event descriptions, or any user-facing content on the platform. Sexually explicit content includes any depiction of nudity intended for sexual gratification, pornographic material, sexually suggestive poses, sexual acts, or explicit sexual language. Violations result in immediate account termination and content removal. Dostination is a curated community platform, not an adult platform.
2. Child sexual exploitation or abuse (CSAM)
Zero-tolerance for any content depicting or promoting child sexual exploitation, abuse, or exploitation of minors. This includes any imagery, text, media, or communication involving the sexualisation of minors, grooming behavior, or content that treats minors as sexual objects. All CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement in the applicable jurisdiction. Accounts involved will be permanently banned, all associated devices IP-blocked, and any payment or identity information preserved for law-enforcement subpoena.
3. Sexual violence
Content depicting, promoting, glorifying, or facilitating sexual violence, non-consensual sexual acts, or sexual harassment is strictly prohibited. This includes content that normalises assault, celebrates predatory behavior, or attempts to solicit non-consensual contact from other members. Reports of such content trigger immediate review and account suspension pending investigation. Dostination will cooperate fully with any survivor requesting evidence preservation and with law enforcement.
4. Age requirement
Dostination is exclusively for adults 18 and older. Users must confirm their age at signup by providing a date of birth. Any user found to have misrepresented their age will have their account terminated immediately, all pending payouts held, and any active tickets voided per event refund policy. Attendance at Dostination events is limited to confirmed-adult attendees; hosts have the right to require identification at check-in.
Reporting a violation
To report any content or user that violates this policy, email support@dostination.com. Include the offending profile URL, testimonial ID, or event page, plus a short description of the concern. All reports are reviewed by a human moderator within 48 hours. Reports involving CSAM or credible threats of sexual violence are escalated within 4 hours during business days.
Enforcement
Dostination reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content, suspend or terminate any account, or take any other action we believe necessary to protect our community. Enforcement decisions are logged in our internal audit trail and are not subject to public appeal, though survivors and reporters may contact support@dostination.com for a status update on their report.
Relationship to other policies
This Acceptable Use Policy supplements, and does not replace, the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Law Enforcement Protocols. Where the documents overlap, the stricter standard applies.
